From forehands to brand foresight

Meet Emma Widerberg. Blond, tall, and forward-leaning, she thrives on momentum – on the tennis court, at work, and in life. Starting in law before finding her calling in brand strategy, she’s built a career at Pyramid, as co-founder of brand agency Graal, and lately as head of brand strategy at Comprend.

Fearless and adaptable, she excels at turning challenges into opportunities, whether navigating complex markets or delivering a winning forehand.

“For me, no ball is ever dead, no opportunity wasted”, she says.

Fueled by her passion for family and travel with friends – our new Business Director brings energy, impact, and results to every project.

Cooking up strategies and ideas

For Motahar Ali, embracing diverse perspectives has been central to his journey and his new role as our Junior Strategist.

Growing up in Stockholm with moves to Bangladesh and Thailand, his global upbringing shaped his ability to navigate cultures and fueled his passions for creativity, strategy, and food.

Initially aspiring to be a copywriter, Motahar found his passion for strategy while running a freelance creative agency during the first year of his master’s studies in Advertising and PR.

Outside of work, he channels his creativity into cooking, blending Southern European and Asian influences – just as he seamlessly integrates his diverse experiences into everything he does.
